A THOUGHTFUL BRIDGE FROM NICU TO HOMEPARTNER WITH NURAVYN

ABOUT NURAVYN

Founded from experience

Created for what comes
after the NICU.

WHY NURAVYN EXISTS

Preparation is only part of the transition.

The days after discharge matter, too.

Nuravyn is a neonatal-focused healthcare services company created from a simple observation: preparing families to leave the NICU is only part of the transition.

Following discharge, families begin applying their training while managing feeding schedules, medications, and specialized equipment. This transition involves assuming full responsibility for a premature or medically complex infant without the immediate support of the NICU team.

Nuravyn was established to bring greater intention to this critical period. Through neonatal expertise, family education, and transition navigation, we collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the journey beyond discharge is more connected, clear, and fully supported.

OUR APPROACH

Designed to strengthen the transition —
without replacing the clinicians
already caring for the baby.

Neonatal-informed

Founded and guided by board-certified neonatal clinical expertise.

Family-centered

Built around what families need to feel prepared and confident at home.

Collaborative

Working alongside the pediatricians, specialists, and teams already caring for each baby.

Structured

A defined pathway with scheduled touch points — not an afterthought.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Nia Wiley, NNP-BC

For more than 18 years, Nia Wiley has cared for premature, critically ill, and medically complex infants as a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.

Throughout her career, she has helped families prepare for one of the NICU’s most anticipated milestones: going home.

But years at the bedside also revealed what happens next.

The questions can change. Confidence can be tested. Barriers that weren’t apparent inside the hospital can emerge once families are responsible for putting complex discharge plans into practice.

That experience became the foundation for Nuravyn.

Nia created the company to bring focused attention to this distinct phase of the NICU journey — and to develop a model that can support families while working alongside the healthcare organizations and clinicians already serving them.
